Terms and Conditions
1. General
By registering for a SOFTECH System and Solution(SOFTECH) course or purchasing a recording, you are acknowledging your agreement with all the SOFTECH Terms and Conditions listed below. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and you will be deemed to have accepted all amendments if you use the website after the date the amendments were posted.
2. Fees
Payment of fees is required upon registration or purchase. SOFTECH will not guarantee registration at professional software developer training program until payment has been received. Attendees who fail to attend a course will be liable for all advertised fees. All programs, including Live Webinar prices, are per single natural person registration and viewing only. They may not be distributed to or viewed by another person or persons nor may they be used for group viewings. By submitting an course registration via the website, you agree that you are authorized and able to make payment via the method you have chosen.
3. Refund/Cancellation
We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and as with everything we do at SOFTECH, you get a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below.
Live Instructor-Led Courses, Workshop, Boot Camp and Self-faced Training
This policy applies to SOFTECH all Training Courses.
Cancellations Prior to Course
In case you are unable to attend the course and want a refund prior to the course commencement date, we will refund the full amount to you.
If you do not see the tremendous value you expected in our product, and you wish to withdraw within the first two hours of the workshop, we will proceed with a 100% refund - no questions asked. However, once you have attended more than four hours of the workshop, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Transfers to Other Batches
You are free to request your assigned Co-Ordinator for a change of batch at any point of time before the commencement of the workshop, at no extra charge. We will be happy to reschedule your batch to a later date that works for you.
Once you have begun the course, if for some reason you are unable to continue or complete it, we will be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.
If you wish to opt to defer the program to a later batch a second time or more, 10% of the course fee will be applicable for each round of deferral.

Cancellations Prior to Course
For any cancellations by participants 48 hours prior to the course: 50% refund you will receive, more than 48 hours or within that no refund.
NOTE:
You are not eligible for refunds, if you have accessed and downloaded the course material.
Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.

4. Delivery
Registrants will receive a confirmation email when registered. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact SOFTECH (career@softech.org.in) to ensure your registration has been received.
5. Full Attendance Required
In order be marked as having attended and completed a class, registrants must be present for the full duration of the class. Arriving late or leaving early will disqualify any registrant from obtaining a certificate of completion containing continuing education information.

SOFTECH intends to run all courses as advertised but reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course without notice due to low enrolment, weather conditions, instructor illness, or other unforeseeable circumstances. If so, we will offer a transfer or a full refund of a paid registration.
8. Email Subscription
By registering to any SOFTECH professional development program or subscribing to any SOFTECH newsletter, you agree to receive SOFTECH communications regarding programs, services and newsletters. To unsubscribe to these communications in any format, you may do so at any time by writing to career@softech.org.in.
9. Privacy
SOFTECH protects the privacy and security of information provided by you. By signing up to this activity or purchasing a product, you agree to the use of your personal information by SOFTECH to process your registration form, to contact you about our products and services, to disclose to third parties providing services to the SOFTECH ; for internal purposes, and purposes otherwise generally in accordance with the SOFTECH privacy policy.
